הספק כיוונן את הפונו סטייג' לאינפוט אימדנס רגיל שהוא בערך 47 אום.
הכייונון הנ"ל מתאים לכל ראשי Moving Magnet ולכל High Output Moving Coil .
להלן פירוט נוסף של הספק:
The Lfd Phonostage LE has a fixed standard input impedance of approximately 47ohm, which suits the majority of Moving magnet and High Output Mpving Coil cartridges available. Althought altering the load impedance seen by a cartridge changes the sound quality to some extent, the quality of the resistor employed is far more important.
Subjective evalution has established that the added complexity caused by switching in differing resistor values to define the input impedance, produces an unacceptable level of signal degradation, which therefore disctates that a fixed input impedance is the only option offered.
ה-Gain של הפונו סטייג' מכוונן לראשי High Output Moving Coil .
בכל מקרה, במקרה והראש הינו Moving Magnet אפשר לשנות את ה-Gain על ידי לחיצת פינים שממוקמים על המעגל המודפס של הפונו סטייג'.
