סדרת הREFERENCE, היא סדרה של רמקולי ULTRA HIGHEND קיצונית ביותר והסדרה ה"ארצית" יותר היא הALUMINE אשר מיובאת להדגמה בישראל ונושאת שלושה דגמים, כולם בנויים מתיבות אלומיניום עבות מאד, שילוב של דרייברים מחומרים שונים ופורטים קדמיים, הרמקולים מתאפיינים תמיד בדינמיות מופלאה מוזיקליים וטבעיים שמצטיינים היטב בסגנונות רבים של מוזיקה ובהינתן מגברים באיכות מתאימה יכולת הפרדת הכלים היא מהקיצוניות ביותר שניתן להשיג כיום ברמקולים בכל טווח מחיר.
למרות שברוב התערוכות הרמקולים מהסדרה הנ"ל מוצגים עם מגברים טרנזיסטורים ומנורתיים אימתניים ומשתלבים איתם היטב, מדובר ברמקולים קלים ביותר להנעה בשל נצילות גבוהה יחסית , עכבה גבוה ודרייברים קלים, ה ALUMINE THREE ישתלב בקלות עם מגברי SINGLE ENDED של 8-10 וואט, והALUMINE FIVE ינגן היטב עם מגברי מנורות של 20 ואט ומעלה. זוהי תכונה ייחודית מאד של STENHEIM והאפשרות של חיבור רמקולים בתכנון מודרני בעל ביצועים קיצוניים עם מגברי מנורות מעוטי וואט מייצרת שילובים פשוט מדהימים.

לישראל הובא ה ALUMINE THREE , שמוצג עם סט מלא של ABSOLARE סט מלא של JEFF ROWLAND או סט מלא של SHINDO LABS . כל אחד מההגברות הללו מוציאה פרזנטציה שונה בתכלית וכולן קיצוניות באיכותן, הרמקול מייצר במה מוצקה, פירוט קיצוני, פרזנטציה הומוגנית בכל רחבי הספקטרום, דינמיות פנימית גדולה מאד, בס TIGHT ומוצק, אף פעם לא משעמם ומתמודד היטב עם כל סגנון מוזיקלי שמוקלט בצורה סבירה.
