Hi Arnon,
Please follow these steps.
- go to my.innuos.com in your computer
- then go to Seetings > Advanced Settings > Clear Cache Queue
- Then after that is complete, go to your System Window , and click on the Shutdown button
- when the unit is off, take the time to check the cables between the ZENith and your DAC
Power on the DAC and then the ZENith
- Go to your Settings > Audio and click on REFRESH and select your DAC
- Go to Music and try to play a song
